As it turns out, whenever I see books…in abundance mind you, I tend ago go a little crazy. Okay, so this isn’t as crazy I have been before BUT let’s just say books and I have this lovely relationship where I need to give back by buying more and more. You see I have this fear that I don’t buy books then they’ll disappear for good and I won’t have any to buy. And as irrational as seems fear seems, it’s still a fear.

Anyway, here is what I bought this week…or in the span of 3 days!

Here is what I got this week!

This bibliophile went crazy today! We had an International Book Fair here, kind of like the Book Expo America, and went a bit crazy. It’s not my fault, you surround me with books and this what you’ll get. The fumes of all the books made me loopy!

My dad found it hilarious and a bit shocking how i was picking up books and adding them to my ever growing stack without even reading the blurb to know what the book is actually about. Yeah, umm dad, that’s what we Goodreads for!

I wanted more than anything to make this a vlog but the lack of things to make that happen, sort off left me hanging. I’ll try my best in 2012. This will be my last IMM for this year.

Witch & Wizard (Witch & Wizard #1)

The world is changing: the government has seized control of every aspect of society, and now, kids are disappearing. For 15-year-old Wisty and her older brother Whit, life turns upside down when they are torn from their parents one night and slammed into a secret prison for no reason they can comprehend. The New Order, as it is known, is clearly trying to suppress Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Being a Normal Teenager. But while trapped in this totalitarian nightmare, Wisty and Whit discover they have incredible powers they’d never dreamed of. Can this newly minted witch and wizard master their skills in time to save themselves, their parents–and maybe the world?
